What's wrong?

When I connect my external hard disk it is detected and I see it on the left menu of the "files". But when I mount it I see an error. Attaching the screenshot of the error.
Here in the attachment "Elements" is the name of the drive. It is formatted with "NTFS".

The drive that I am using is "WD Elements" by Western Digital.
