Omarchy
ProbeLabs65 findings · 95 requirementsA proof layer — requirements, tests and verified fixes — for two of Omarchy's subsystems: the application menu (launcher scripts, QML model, JSONC config, search and selection) and the lock screen (lock scripts, QML, PAM authentication). Scope is deliberately limited to those components of omacom/omarchy; the rest of the distribution is not covered.

Original report
System details
- CPU: AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 w/ Radeon 890M
- GPU: AMD Radeon 890M
- Omarchy: 4.0.0-1
- Hyprland: 0.56.2
What's wrong?
The stock Super + Ctrl + T Activity binding opens a new btop terminal every time it is pressed, so repeated presses on one workspace stack duplicate Activity windows.
Steps to reproduce:
- Start on a workspace with no Activity window.
- Press
Super + Ctrl + Tonce. - Press
Super + Ctrl + Tagain on the same workspace.
Expected:
- A repeat on the same workspace focuses that workspace's existing Activity window.
- An Activity window on another workspace does not count, so each workspace can have its own independent Activity window.
Actual: every press opens another org.omarchy.btop client, including on a workspace that already has one. In a live reproduction on one workspace, the client count changed from 0 to 1 to 2.
No user Hyprland override is involved.
