Original report
System details
Intel Core i3 9100f, Nvidia T1000, Omarchy 4.0.1
What's wrong?
In Omarchy 4.0.1, I initially used both OpenAI Codex and GitHub Copilot. I then set GitHub Copilot as my default agent via Setup > Defaults > Agent and intend to use only Copilot going forward.
However, the AI usage widget in the top bar continues to display Codex usage, even though:
Right-clicking the widget opens the GitHub Copilot interface correctly.
I no longer invoke Codex manually.
It appears the plugin or usage tracker is not updating to reflect the new default agent, and remains “stuck” on Codex metrics despite Copilot being active.
Expected behavior:
After changing the default agent to GitHub Copilot, the usage widget should reflect Copilot activity and stop showing Codex usage.
Environment:
Omarchy 4.0.1 (Quattro)
Default agent set to copilot
Both Codex and Copilot previously authenticated
