Omarchy version: 4.0.0-1
What happened
omarchy-notification-weather (bound to Super+Ctrl+Alt+W, labeled "Toggle weather")
doesn't show a notification. Its entire body is:

It just calls the same panel-toggle command as the omarchy.weather shell
widget itself. Meanwhile its siblings on the same keybind cluster,
omarchy-notification-time and omarchy-notification-battery, are genuine
one-shot notifications (Super+Ctrl+Alt+T "Show time", Super+Ctrl+Alt+B
"Show battery remaining").
Expected
Either:
- omarchy-notification-weather should show an actual weather notification
(consistent with -time and -battery), with the panel toggle living
under its own name, or
- if it's intentionally just a panel-toggle alias, it should be renamed
out of the omarchy-notification-* family and its keybind label should
match the naming convention of its siblings ("Show weather" vs.
"Toggle weather").
