The bug can be seen in the attached video.
My monitor settings: 1.25x scaling on a 32" 4K LG panel

Note: The bug shows up when I add a new window to the grouptab, but, if I click on Waybar, those artifacts disappear.

Temporary fix

Disabled hyprland animations (the bug is less obvious but still there)
