What's wrong?

When you edit the monitor config and set the transform equal to a number, it will work. However, when you restart the PC, the configuration will be there, but it will not honor the screen rotation. What needs to be done is change the transform value and then change the transform value back.

When you edit the monitor config and set the transform equal to a number, it will work. However, when you restart the PC, the configuration will be there, but it will not honor the screen rotation. What needs to be done is change the transform value and then change the transform value back.
