[Quattro] Touchpad gets disabled everytime I close the laptop lid

System details
HP Pavillion Gaming Laptop, AMD Ryzen 5 5600H, NVIDIA GTX 1650, Omarchy 4.0.0-1
What's wrong?
After i close my laptop lid (at which point i am assuming it goes to suspend mode), when I reopen my lid the touchpad gets toggled off. Have to manually toggle the touchpad back on again.
Doesn't trigger the issue when i suspend manually through omarchy menu.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Close the laptop lid. Wait for it to go to sleep
2. Re-open the lid. The touchpad will be disabled
I have no idea if i can even get logs for this as this might be just triggered by some command bound to the lid closing
This seems highly related to Issue #5427, but because the system wakes up to the lock screen, the default CTRL + SUPER + H shortcut is blocked. Users without an external mouse are effectively locked out of their system.
The old workaround of editing omarchy-hyprland-monitor-internal cannot be applied here because that script structure no longer exists in the Quattro release.
