The Quickshell bar's Dictation indicator (shell/plugins/bar/indicators/Dictation.qml) correctly guards its status poller with omarchy-cmd-missing voxtype (falls back to an idle icon when voxtype isn't installed), but onPressed calls omarchy-voxtype-config unconditionally, which runs voxtype configure in a floating terminal regardless of whether the binary exists.
On a system without voxtype-bin installed, clicking the icon opens a terminal and fails with bash: voxtype: command not found instead of prompting to install. There's already an install.ai.dictation menu action gated on ! omarchy-pkg-present voxtype-bin (in default/omarchy/omarchy-menu.jsonc) that the click handler could reuse.
Repro steps:
1. Fresh upgrade to Quattro (omarchy-upgrade-to-quattro) on a system where voxtype was never installed
2. Click the Dictation icon in the bar
3. A floating terminal opens and errors with voxtype: command not found
Expected: clicking the icon when voxtype isn't installed should route to the existing install flow (same action as install.ai.dictation in the menu) rather than surfacing a raw shell error.
Confirmed via journal (journalctl --user): each click dispatches xdg-terminal-exec ... -e bash -c 'omarchy-show-logo; voxtype configure; ...' verbatim, no existence check.
Environment: Omarchy 4.0.0rc3-1 (Quattro RC), fresh migration from 3.8.5.
