What's wrong?
When using the menu to remove a webapp, it removes everything to take it out of the app launcher. However the keybinds still exist and therefore the webapps can be launched via the keybinds still. People will assume that by removing the webapps, the keybinds will no longer work and might be confused when the webapp that they deleted launches when they accidentally hit a key combination that launches a webapp. Highly suggest that the keybinds are commented out if not removed completely.
