System details

AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX, LG 27GN950 - B 3840x2160 @ 1.2x in 27", 144 Hz

What's wrong?

Using this monitor LG 27GN950 - B 3840x2160 @ 1.2x in 27", 144 Hz

With one pc, I had no screen tearing issues but on my main desktop:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
- GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX
- Connection: 1.4(DSC)

I get random screen tearing issues, not sure what is the cause but I found this flow fixes them

Update -> Process -> Hypersunset

The issue is that the screen tears come everytime I restart the pc, or even when the screen locks and I unlocks, but then Update -> Process -> Hypersunset fixes it everytime and it stays fixed until the screen locks or restarts consistently
