What's wrong?

After updating to version 3.1.2 and 3.1.3, when I launch Windows, it appears like this (on screenshot).
However, after resizing the window to full screen or opening a terminal in the same workspace, it expands to the full width of the window.

### What's wrong?

After updating to version 3.1.2 and 3.1.3, when I launch Windows, it appears like this (on screenshot).
However, after resizing the window to full screen or opening a terminal in the same workspace, it expands to the full width of the window.
