**Description**

Hermes Desktop no longer starts from the app launcher. Running the packaged launcher directly shows:

$ hermes-desktop
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<stdin>", line 18, in <module>
ValueError: too many values to unpack (expected 4)
```

**Cause**

`/usr/bin/hermes-desktop` imports `_desktop_launch_options()` from the user's runtime (`~/.hermes/hermes-agent`) and unpacks four values:

```python
flags, gpu, store, ozone = _desktop_launch_options()
```

Upstream hermes-agent added a fifth return value, `renderer_accessibility: bool`, in commit `ea647bd518` ("fix(desktop): expose the renderer accessibility tree to dictation/IME tools (#118271)", 2026-09-26). The signature is now:

def _desktop_launch_options() -> tuple[list[str], str, str, str, bool]:
```

The launcher only catches `ImportError`, so this `ValueError` stops it before Electron starts. Launching from the app launcher fails silently.

**Steps to reproduce**

1. Install `hermes-desktop` 2026.8.31-3 from the omarchy repo.
2. Update the Hermes runtime in `~/.hermes/hermes-agent` to current `main` (any commit after `ea647bd518`).
3. Start Hermes from the app launcher, or run `hermes-desktop`.

**Expected:** Hermes Desktop opens.
**Actual:** The launcher exits with the traceback above.

**Workaround**

`hermes desktop --skip-build` (the upstream CLI) starts the app normally.

**Possible fix**

Accept extra return values, e.g. `flags, gpu, store, ozone, *_ = _desktop_launch_options()`. Also passing `renderer_accessibility` through the way upstream's own launcher does would be the complete fix.
