Description:
## Problem
User-defined window rules in ~/.config/hypr/windowrules.conf are being overridden
by default rules that load after user configuration, making it impossible to
customize window behavior.

## Root Cause
The source order in hyprland.conf loads user rules before some default rules:

Line 20: User rules: ~/.config/hypr/windowrules.conf
Line 11: Default windows: ~/.local/share/omarchy/default/hypr/windows.conf

Which sources: ~/.local/share/omarchy/default/hypr/apps.conf
Which sources: ~/.local/share/omarchy/default/hypr/apps/system.conf

## Concrete Example
User rule (in windowrules.conf):
windowrule = size 800 600, class:About

Default rule (in apps/system.conf) loaded AFTER user rule:
windowrule = size 700 470 class:About

Result: Default rule overrides user rule, window opens at 700x470 instead of
800x600.

## Additional Issues Found
1. Syntax error in default rule: windowrule = size 700 470 class:About
(missing comma)
2. Same issue affects class:Omarchy: Default size 600 470 overrides user rules

## Current Workaround
Theoretically, this can be solved by placing the reference to the source file *.conf in the first place in ~/.config/hypr/hyprland.conf

## Proposed Solutions
1. Move all default app rules to load BEFORE user windowrules.conf
2. Or create a `windowrules-override.conf` that loads last
3. Fix syntax error: Add missing comma in apps/system.conf
4. Document rule precedence for users

- ~/.config/hypr/hyprland.conf (source order)
