bindings.conf not overriding keybindings set in tiling.conf

Original report
I am trying to override SUPER+J in "~/.config/hypr/bindings.conf" like this: "bindd = SUPER, J, Move focus down, movefocus, d".
However the binding "bindd = SUPER, J, Toggle split, togglesplit, # dwindle" from ".local/share/omarchy/default/hypr/bindings/tiling.conf" is still the one being executed.
Maybe another file is resourcing tiling.conf, i have not been able to pinpoint it.
