Original report
When rebooting the laptop, the built-in screen remains completely blank (black). This occurs both with and without an external monitor connected.
- If an external monitor is connected, the login screen appears exclusively on the external monitor.
- If no external monitor is connected, no login screen appears at all, resulting in a blank screen.
The login screen should appear on the laptop's built-in screen by default, regardless of whether an external monitor is connected.
