After upgrade to 1.13 and reboot, I am asked for LUKS password, then Hyprland doesn't start

Updated to 1.13.
Rebooted.
Omarchy logo, lock icon asking for LUKS password.
Enter password -> black screen with blinking cursor (some error message blinking for 1ms), unable to Ctll+Alt+f2 it switches back to primary tty. Completely stuck with inaccessible system.
Standard installation of Omarchy, fully supported hardware (minisforum 890)
Any steps to try and recover + avoid in the future?

blinking message on the screen is something to do with seamless login, Can't read it. Can't dismiss it, can't switch to alternative tty.
