Walker and Omarchy menu don't launch on Super+Space

Hi
System:
VM running in XCP-ng
GPU: PCI passthrough of the GPU: Nvidia 3080 (so it should get the full performance)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5950X (12 vcores)
RAM: 8GB
The usb mouse and keyboard are connected via what is called "VUSB", so they are not on a USB PCI controller passthrough like the GPU is.
The rest of the shortcuts work just fine, super+enter opens the terminal, super+a, switching spaces... Only the super+space for the launcher Walker and super+alt+space for the omarchy menu don't work.
Trying to manually open the menu from the top left corner doesn't work either, on mouse over sometimes the dropdown menu appear but as soon as i move it slightly to click it, it disappears.
This happens right after the first boot on a fresh install.
Is there a way I can debug or troubleshoot it?
