Issue
Newly installed packages are automatically added to the Walker launcher, however, removed packages are not automatically removed.
Case
I removed Chromium (once via omarchy menu and another time via terminal command) and in both times, it was still showing in the Walker launcher. Application name is shown but the logo is a red square with a crossed circle.
