On some machines, it's cumbersome to have the screensaver starting after 2.5 minutes automatically. We should make toggle screensaver do what it says instead of just starting the screensaver. Toggle on/off, use notifications to signal where it is, like the other toggles. Use ~/.local/state/omarchy/toggles/screensaver-off as the state file to test for to turn it off.
