On fresh installs the screensaver toggle fails with the message
Can't find tte. Try: pip install terminaltexteffects
This wouldn't be so bad, except you have to install python, install terminaltexteffects with pip/uv, and add terminaltexteffects's directory to your PATH variable.
Possible fixes:
- update the screensaver script to have more descriptive steps to install python, terminaltexteffects, and update your path
- install python and terminaltexteffects by default
- update the screensaver script to not need terminaltexteffects
