Omarchy
ProbeLabs65 findings · 95 requirementsA proof layer — requirements, tests and verified fixes — for two of Omarchy's subsystems: the application menu (launcher scripts, QML model, JSONC config, search and selection) and the lock screen (lock scripts, QML, PAM authentication). Scope is deliberately limited to those components of omacom/omarchy; the rest of the distribution is not covered.

Original report
Thanks for this release, I installed it coming from CachyOS and have been very happy with the defaults chosen and overall setup.
I’m putting it on a ASUS Rog Flow Z13 and the trackpad doesn’t work by default for things like double finger scrolling and swipe gestures. To be fair this also didn’t work out of the box with CachyOS.
There is a fix from here that works, https://forum.level1techs.com/t/flow-z13-asus-setup-on-linux-may-2025-wip/229551, and there is probably a cleaner way to do it.
I had thought about creating a PR so users of this laptop have the best experience possible but I wanted to ask first, is that something that philosophically we want in Omarchy, laptop specific code for the best out of box experience? Or would it make sense to leave stuff like that out to prevent the extra cruft in the repo?
