Using laptop's default power profile switch disables omarchy walker

When I used my laptop's power profile switch with fn+q walker is disabled but I can re-enable walker with omarchy-refresh-walker but now in setup i can't see power profiles in walker and in terminal as can be seen in the attached image.

I also have to use provider power profile because with omarchy power profiles my pc overheats for some reason but that's an another issues in itself.
