Problem

I found the active window resize not working on my German keyboard layout. I could do expand window left, but not shrink window left.

Reason

The reason is: there is no dedicated = key on the German layout. To type = it's shift 0 which is already taken by the workspace command.

Fix

Change the bindings to use the code: xx syntax. Code 20 is -, code 21 is = on us layout
