What: ISO install from USB stick fails with "Target not found: lib32-nvidia-utils" on host with an RTX 3080 GPU.
Why: [multilib] repo is commented out in /etc/pacman.conf and that's where lib32-nvidia-utils lives. Enabling that repo allows the package to be installed.
