I just did a brand new install of Omarchy on Hyper-V. After logging in, the scale is at 2X (expected), but it's unfortunately not clear how to reach the power menu after clicking the Omarchy icon in the top left as the Omarchy menu is larger than the viewport and the visible area is clipped.
Ideally the vertical size of the Omarchy should be limited to the vertical size of the monitor (or even just 90% of that) and it should scroll if there are more entries than could be displayed.
