What's wrong?
Omarchy successfully suspends when I close the XPS on battery. But, when plugged into the traditional Dell dock, and I close the laptop, the screen of the laptop stays active.
This might actually be a lack of support for the Dell Thunderbolt Dock - WD19TBS - as I noticed that my Logitech Bolt receiver won't connect if it's plugged into the dock, but if I plug the receiver directly into the laptop, it works.
