Original report
What do you need?
I noticed that latest beta of Cursor (1.6.x) at least for me now sets TERM=dumb.
This makes starship show error on each command Cursor runs.
I asked it run this:
$ echo "TERM is set to: $TERM" && echo "Testing basic command..." && ls -la /home/cyppe
[ERROR] - (starship::print): Under a 'dumb' terminal (TERM=dumb).
TERM is set to: dumb
Testing basic command...So maybe we should disable starship when TERM=dumb?
My current workaround in .bashrc is to not load any defaults at all. But I prefer only starship was disabled so agent can access all other defaults, PATH etc..
if [ "$TERM" != "dumb" ]; then
source ~/.local/share/omarchy/default/bash/rc
