Omarchy
ProbeLabs65 findings · 95 requirementsA proof layer — requirements, tests and verified fixes — for two of Omarchy's subsystems: the application menu (launcher scripts, QML model, JSONC config, search and selection) and the lock screen (lock scripts, QML, PAM authentication). Scope is deliberately limited to those components of omacom/omarchy; the rest of the distribution is not covered.

What do you need?
I've installed Omarchy on a Macbook Pro 16,1 and a Macbook Pro (Retina 13 inch, late 2012/E) and in both cases, while the install went very well, the keyboard backlight was "off" and the controls for the keyboard (touchbar in the first case, physical key in the second) didn't work. It would be user friendly to, while waiting for solid fixes to the touchbar and physical key controls for keyboard backlight, to set the following:
In the case of the Macbook Pro 16,1 the command is:
In the case of the Macbook Pro (Retina 13 inch) the command is:
The correct device can be found using ```brightnessctl -l```.
I'll try to figure out where this might go in the install and contribute a PR.View raw text

```brightnessctl -d "{device_name}" set 100%``` (where "device_name" is the led device on the given machine)...
In the case of the Macbook Pro 16,1 the command is:
```brightnessctl -d ":white:kbd_backlight" set 100%```
In the case of the Macbook Pro (Retina 13 inch) the command is:
```brightnessctl -d "sms::kbd_backlight" set 100%```
The correct device can be found using ```brightnessctl -l```.
I'll try to figure out where this might go in the install and contribute a PR.Validation
