Intel I7-13700HX , RTX 4060, omarchy 3.0.2

What's wrong?

when i log in to omarchy after it was suspended , i get the hyprlock screen on both monitors to log in. after entering my password , it only logs me in on my laptop screen while my monitor still shows the hyprlock screen. i have to relaunch hyprland from my laptop to get both the monitors working , but it happens everytime i log in. sometimes , the keyboard stops responding as well , causing me to use the mouse ( which also stops working sometimes) , so i have to hard reboot my laptop . I am attatching a photo for reference
