What's wrong?
Description
After booting the computer or resuming from suspension, the menu fails to appear on the first click. On the second click, the menu appears but displays duplicate items.
Steps to Reproduce
- Boot the computer OR resume from suspension
- Click to open the menu (first attempt)
- Observe that the menu does not appear
- Click to open the menu again (second attempt)
- Observe that the menu appears with duplicate items
Expected Behavior
- The menu should appear on the first click
- Menu items should not be duplicated
Actual Behavior
- Menu does not appear on the first click after boot/suspension
- Menu appears on the second click but with duplicate items

Additional Context
This issue occurs consistently after every boot or suspension resume. The duplication pattern suggests the menu items might be getting initialized multiple times without proper cleanup.
