Description:
Walker stopped displaying icons for newly installed applications like Firefox, Chrome, and GIMP. The apps appear in the list and launch fine, but their icons are missing.

Steps to Reproduce:
Boot into Omarchy 3.1
Install a new application (e.g., Firefox, Chrome, or GIMP)
Open Walker and search for the app
Expected Behavior:
Walker should display the correct icons for all installed applications.
Actual Behavior:
Newly installed applications appear without icons in Walker.
