Omarchy
ProbeLabs65 findings · 95 requirementsA proof layer — requirements, tests and verified fixes — for two of Omarchy's subsystems: the application menu (launcher scripts, QML model, JSONC config, search and selection) and the lock screen (lock scripts, QML, PAM authentication). Scope is deliberately limited to those components of omacom/omarchy; the rest of the distribution is not covered.

MSI Laptop, RTX 3070 TI, 2k 240hz display
What's wrong?
Hello! Not sure if this is exactly the correct place to open the issue, but I don't know where else to ask, I'm having a problem, I have 2k 240hz display on my laptop. Win 11 and any xorg based window managers on other linux distributions detect 240hz refresh rate and use it by default, however on my fresh Omarchy install hyprland only recognizes 60hz option:
`wlr-randr
eDP-2 "Samsung Display Corp. 0x4179 (eDP-2)"
Make: Samsung Display Corp.
Model: 0x4179
Physical size: 340x190 mm
Enabled: yes
Modes:
2560x1440 px, 60.000000 Hz (preferred, current)
Position: 0,0
Transform: normal
Scale: 1.332031
Adaptive Sync: disabled`
I tried to to install basic arch + hyprland using archinstall, but I didn't select nvidia drivers so I'm not sure if the same issue would exist there. If this is not omarchy related issue, would be grateful if someone could point me to the solution!
P.S. Aside of this issue Omarchy is fire, this is the exact distribution I needed for a long time - simple, efficient and has everything I needed from linux, I will stick with it for now!
