Copy/paste broken when copying anything other than text

What's wrong?
Since the addition of the universal clipboard overrides, copy and paste no longer works as expected within programs that use custom copy/paste semantics.
Known issues
- In figma, copy and pasting elements removes everything except the text when using standard
ctrl+c -> ctrl+v.cmd+c -> cmd+vdoes nothing. - Right clicking and copying an image in the browser needs to be done twice before that image is pasted, the same with screenshots.
- Copying text in documents with rich text no longer preserves the text styling.
- There does seem to be a bug that requires copying twice before being able to paste the thing.
