Default layout switch: Ctrl+Space instead of Alt-based chords
Problem: the default layout-switch chords (Alt+Alt / Alt+Space) are the most awkward option: Alt is heavily used by window management and app shortcuts, so switching layouts mid-fast-typing is plain awkward (not a shortcut conflict — an ergonomics one).
Proposal: make Ctrl+Space the default. It is free in practice, works in both EN and RU layouts (bind by keycode), single-hand friendly, and doesn't fight with anything. Daily-driven here for months via o.bind("CTRL + code:65", ...) replacing the Alt chords — zero conflicts.
If changing the global default is too opinionated, at least document Ctrl+Space as the recommended alternative next to the current default.
