Seems like eza themes got deleted in a8a6cde199939c0004791a039a265f338f46b846 but symlink still gets created.

I ran `omarchy-reinstall` this morning and when diffing the backup and new config folders this got added. Not sure if it's reinstall script related, or if it will happen on update/fresh install as well, but it is there: https://github.com/basecamp/omarchy/blob/e58569b947012eed458488e8c7777c5da27f7a9c/install/config/theme.sh#L23-L24
