What's wrong?

I've encountered a UI bug in my JetBrains IDE where the main icons on the right side of the top toolbar have become completely unresponsive to mouse clicks.

As shown in the screen recording:

  • The "Search Everywhere" (magnifying glass icon) and "Settings" (gear icon) in the top-right corner do not respond when clicked.
  • This issue is isolated to those specific icons.
  • All other UI elements appear to be working correctly, including:
  • The main menu (top-left).
  • The status bar icons (e.g., Git, GitHub Copilot) in the bottom-right.
  • The tool window buttons (e.g., "Services") on the side.
  • The "More" menu (three vertical dots), which is right next to the broken icons, is clickable and opens its menu as expected.

This suggests a specific bug affecting that section of the main toolbar, preventing the icons from registering clicks.
