Omarchy 3.2.0

What's wrong?

This release introduced the random_effect argument to tte. This argument seem to be introduced in tte version 0.13, but version shipped with Omarchy from AUR is still 0.12.2-1, causing omarchy-launch-screensaver to fail.

Solved manually by running uv tool install -U terminaltexteffects, but probably best solved by upgrading AUR package.

(Maybe make sure code using new versions is not released until dependent versions..?)

This release introduced the  `random_effect` argument to `tte`. This argument seem to be introduced in `tte` version 0.13, but version shipped with Omarchy from AUR is still `0.12.2-1`, causing `omarchy-launch-screensaver` to fail.
