ProbeLabs65 findings · 95 requirementsA proof layer — requirements, tests and verified fixes — for two of Omarchy's subsystems: the application menu (launcher scripts, QML model, JSONC config, search and selection) and the lock screen (lock scripts, QML, PAM authentication). Scope is deliberately limited to those components of omacom/omarchy; the rest of the distribution is not covered.

System details
Omarchy v3.2.3
What's wrong?
Hearts of Iron IV, and other Paradox Titles like Stellaris that have a native Linux Build available on Steam, only launch once after a fresh install. Once you relaunch, the Launcher doesn't open anymore. No error message, it just silently fails (The "Stop" button on Steam goes back to "Play"). The only way to "fix" this is to use Proton, which is suboptimal considering a native build is available, or to do a fresh install of the game.
