What's wrong?

tldr; Turn of TPM in the Bios for the machine to boot

After the update to 3.3.0 the my machine failed to start.
Faild to start TPM PCR NvPCR Initialization Separator.

Restored to a Snapshot, but there was issues with Hyprland.
Tried a Fresh Install also encountered the same Issue.
