Limine bootloader entry doesn't get created on nvidia

What's wrong?
Sorry put this in the discussion but its possible a bug
It could just be me, but I’ve tried this twice on two different machines, using two different copies of the 3.3.0 ISO, on different USB sticks and Omarchy won’t install cleanly.
I get an error that flashes past too quickly to read, then the install completes in 2 minutes 36 seconds, which seems far too quick to be genuine.
will try again when I get time to capture the error I,m seeing
After rebooting, I end up in Limine, but EFI is the only boot option available.
