Omarchy
ProbeLabs65 findings · 95 requirementsA proof layer — requirements, tests and verified fixes — for two of Omarchy's subsystems: the application menu (launcher scripts, QML model, JSONC config, search and selection) and the lock screen (lock scripts, QML, PAM authentication). Scope is deliberately limited to those components of omacom/omarchy; the rest of the distribution is not covered.

Original report
System details
CPU: Intel Core i9-13900HK GPU: Intel Iris Xe Graphics OS: Omachy 3.3 (Arch Linux) Window Manager: Hyprland
What's wrong?
Description:
After updating Omachy to version 3.3, my custom windowrulev2 configurations seem to be completely ignored or overridden. Rules that worked perfectly in the previous version (like assigning apps to specific workspaces or floating specific windows) no longer take effect, even though there are no syntax errors reported during reload.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Add custom rules to ~/.config/hypr/hyprland.conf.
2. Example rules I am trying to use:
# Auto move Spotify to workspace 5
windowrulev2 = workspace 5, class:^(spotify)$
