Summary

PR #4053 refactored themes to use a single colors.toml with templates instead of each theme defining multiple application config files.

hyprland default template now uses accent_strip for the activeBorderColor and in some themes, accent_strip doesn't match with the color the theme used to define as the activeBorderColor

## Summary

PR #4053 refactored themes to use a single `colors.toml` with templates instead of each theme defining multiple application config files.
