Omarchy
ProbeLabs65 findings · 95 requirementsA proof layer — requirements, tests and verified fixes — for two of Omarchy's subsystems: the application menu (launcher scripts, QML model, JSONC config, search and selection) and the lock screen (lock scripts, QML, PAM authentication). Scope is deliberately limited to those components of omacom/omarchy; the rest of the distribution is not covered.

System details
Omarchy 3.3.3
What's wrong?
Arch Linux provides two distinct yq packages in its official repositories, corresponding to two different tools with the same name:
go-yq (mikefarah implementation): This is the version written in Go, which is the most widely used yq tool. The current version in Arch Linux is 4.50.1-1.
yq (kislyuk implementation): This is a Python-based wrapper around jq. The current version in Arch Linux is 3.4.3-2.
Python-based version of yq is used in Omarchy as well. The syntax is not compatible between tools. Users that using modern yq version as daily driver, could accidentally broke the system upgrades and management.
Best,
Liu
