## Description
The `tokyo-night` theme is missing a `mako.ini` file, causing a broken symlink at `~/.config/mako/config`.

## Steps to Reproduce
1. Set theme to tokyo-night: `omarchy-theme-set tokyo-night`
2. Check mako config: `ls -la ~/.config/mako/config`
3. Symlink points to non-existent `~/.config/omarchy/current/theme/mako.ini`

## Expected Behavior
The theme should include a `mako.ini` file with tokyo-night colors for the notification daemon.

## Workaround
Create `~/.local/share/omarchy/themes/tokyo-night/mako.ini`:

## Notes
The template exists at `default/themed/mako.ini.tpl` but requires `yq` to generate (see #4274).
