Omarchy

ProbeLabs65 findings · 95 requirements

A proof layer — requirements, tests and verified fixes — for two of Omarchy's subsystems: the application menu (launcher scripts, QML model, JSONC config, search and selection) and the lock screen (lock scripts, QML, PAM authentication). Scope is deliberately limited to those components of omacom/omarchy; the rest of the distribution is not covered.

Original report

unable to install package that depends on chromiumrevision 1 · captured 2026-10-04 11:49 UTC via poll

System details

Omarchy 3.3.3

What's wrong?

sudo pacman -S mermaid-cli fails to install, as it depends on chromium, tries to install it, which fails because omarchy-chromium is already installed and pacman detects the conflicting files.

Running pacman -Si omarchy-chromium | grep Provides shows the following output:

Provides : None

Perhaps if omarchy-chromium would provide package chromium this issue could be solved?
