Macbook Pro Retina Late 2012, Intel Core i5-3230M, Intel Third Gen Core Integrated GPU, 8GB of RAM, and Running Omarchy 3.3.3
What's wrong?
I have a relatively fresh install of Omarchy on my 2012 Macbook Pro. When I pull up youtube and watch a video it eventually goes black and then shows the lock screen. After unlocking it then picks up where it left off no problem. I have tried multiple browsers (Chromium, Librewolf, Qutebrowser) all with the same problem. I tried turning off hardware acceleration in the browser but the frames were so bad I wouldn't call that a fix. The time to fail varies, but it looks like the intervals are smaller each time I unlock and continue until it is rebooted. Also other browser based video playback is fine (i.e. Jellyfin).
