Omarchy

ProbeLabs65 findings · 95 requirements

A proof layer — requirements, tests and verified fixes — for two of Omarchy's subsystems: the application menu (launcher scripts, QML model, JSONC config, search and selection) and the lock screen (lock scripts, QML, PAM authentication). Scope is deliberately limited to those components of omacom/omarchy; the rest of the distribution is not covered.

Original report

Nautilus drag and copy doesn't workrevision 1 · captured 2026-10-04 11:49 UTC via poll

System details

Omarchy 3.3.3 (and older)

What's wrong?

For some reason the default Nautilus drag (with the mouse) and copy while holding Ctrl doesn't work.

Holding Ctrl and Shift also doesn't work to create a symlink.

I already know from another issue that the universal copy/paste doesn't work and have found this myself as well while the file (or just the filename?) is in the universal clipboard.

Is there anything I can try to resolve this?

Thank you!

small update: as a workaround I've noticed that Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V appears to work.
