Power profile auto-switching could use a user-configurable menu option

Hey, quick feedback on power profiles.
Right now Omarchy writes a udev rule for power profile switching, so AC ends up on performance (on systems where that profile exists) and battery on balanced. On my laptop that makes fans spin up a lot on AC, and manual profile changes get overridden on plug/unplug.
I’d love a menu-driven way to configure this in Setup -> Power Profile, so users can pick:
- AC default profile
- Battery default profile
If useful, this could also include an “auto-switch” toggle, but even just being able to choose AC/Battery defaults would already solve the issue for me.
I’m happy to open a PR for this if you’re aligned with the direction.
