What's wrong?
Arabic text in browsers renders using "Noto Nastaliq Urdu" font instead of
a standard Arabic font like Noto Sans Arabic or Noto Naskh Arabic.
Nastaliq is a calligraphic style designed for Urdu, not standard Arabic,
making Arabic web content look broken and unreadable.

This affects all Arabic users on Omarchy but works fine on other distros.

Root cause
fontconfig selects NotoNastaliqUrdu as the Arabic fallback font since
it's installed via noto-fonts but no priority rule prefers proper Arabic fonts.

My fix Fix
Add to ~/.config/fontconfig/fonts.conf inside <fontconfig>:
