Windows won't open in some workspaces

NVIDIA 4080, Omarchy 3.6.0
What's wrong?
I'm on Omarchy 3.6.0 with an Nvidia 4080 and programs such as Chromium will open and display in certain workspaces just fine e.g. workspace 1, workspace 7, workspace 8. However, when I open Chromium in workspace 2 it launches (I can see Chromium in my system monitor), but nothing appears in workspace 2, I just see my screen background. The same is true of Terminal and other apps. They launch (almost like a background process) but nothing appears in workspace 2, I just see the screen background, and I can't interact with the launched application.
An interesting note is I can Ctrl+Alt+Delete to close all open programs, but the programs I tried to open in workspace 2 don't close, and the workspaces remain active, even though there is nothing to see on the workspaces (just the background).
